Pasos para hacer una reclamación de consumo
Verifica que es un caso de consumo
- Debe ser una compra o servicio contratado como particular (no entre particulares ni casos de estafa).
- Ejemplos válidos: electrodomésticos, vuelos, suscripciones, reparaciones, etc.
Contacta con la empresa
- Expón el problema por escrito (email, formulario web, etc.).
- Guarda copia de la comunicación.
- Da un plazo razonable para que respondan (normalmente 10–15 días).
Recopila documentación
- Facturas, tickets, contratos, capturas de pantalla, correos, condiciones del servicio.
- Todo lo que demuestre el incumplimiento o el daño.

- Dirección General de Consumo de tu comunidad autónoma.

- OCU o FACUA si eres socio.
Solicita arbitraje de consumo (opcional)
- Si la empresa está adherida al Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, puedes pedir que un órgano imparcial resuelva el conflicto sin ir a juicio.
Recurso judicial (si no hay acuerdo)
- Si no se resuelve por vía administrativa, puedes acudir a los tribunales.
- Desde 2025, la Ley 1/2025 exige intentar primero una reclamación extrajudicial antes de demandar.

- Sé claro y conciso en tu reclamación.
- Usa lenguaje formal pero firme.
- Cita artículos legales si es necesario (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
- Guarda todo por escrito.
